Masterclass in Sales, Sales Management and Insurance
The partner of the project is the Insurance Company GPI Holding.

In case of successful completion of the training, the participants will be awarded with certificates and will be able to be employed on a position of Retail Insurance Specialist at GPI Holding.

The training includes interactive lectures with a practical component.

Part I – Theoretical Part of Sales

• Types of Insurance, Products;
• Principles of Claims Management;

Part III- Practical Skills

• Phone Sales Technique;
• Face-To-Face Communication Skills;
• How to Prepare and make Presentation to the audience;
• Skills regarding how to work out of the office on special locations;
